- your travel date and travel destination
BMO Rewards will respond within 15 business days via email to confirm the cancellation details. Please call only if you have not been contacted by BMO Rewards within 15 business days.
2) What are the Change and Cancellation Policies I can expect?
Clients are to contact their travel provider who made the original booking (i.e. BMO Rewards Call Centre if BMO Rewards points were used), in order to facilitate any changes or cancellations.
BMO Rewards is committed to providing assistance in facilitating changes or cancellations to travel bookings for our clients and will not be charging any BMO change fees associated with these changes. However, travel providers have specific policies around change fees, changes and cancellations, so it is important to review their specific policies. We encourage you to review your travel provider policy first.
Please note: All requests are subject to specific travel provider rules and fees
