Cardholders whose flights have already been cancelled will be notified in order of departure date by phone and/or email.
Depending on your travel dates, and the carrier that you are flying with, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund on a ticket for future travel to or from mainland China, please email us at email@example.com and we will respond to your request within 48 business hours.
